Quzu restaurant terrace offers wonderful views overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the Taurus mountains. It has been decorated in a contemporary style throughout.
We offer Azerbaijani, Russian, Ukrainian and European cuisines together with vegetarian, pescatarian and vegan options. The chef's specialities are Lule kebabs, lamb shashliks, baby chickens and a variety of seafood. All of these dishes are cooked over hot coals which infuse them with wonderful flavours.
We source our meat, seafood, vegetables and fruit locally. We use only organic produce for our restaurant.
The restaurant also has its own bakery offering such delights as honey cakes, panna cottage, baklava and fruit desserts. We also serve a variety of pickles, jams , sweets and special thyme tea from Azerbaijan and saffron rice from Iran.
